Poor app design

Great magazine but terrible app and customer service. The application crash almost every other time and full of bugs
I registered for a year subscription but due to app issue I had to reinstall the app again. After reinstalling it I lost my subscription and when I contact the DNA magazine to get my subscription number this is the answer that I got :

"Unfortunately any purchases made through iTunes is just for the DNA Digital Version subscription. It does not include Premium or any other DNA specific promotions. This is the case for all publishers who also have iTunes selling Digital Version subscriptions of their publications."

I have no idea what are they thinking
ITunes issued refund for me

DONT BUY IT ..... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP !!! Keep your 50 bucks and buy another mag
